  1. RETURN POLICY

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase he can request the return whitin 14 working days from the date of delivery of the order.

Returned items must be in perfect condition: they must never have been worn or washed, they must be untouched and without signs of wear, complete with accessories (such as boxes, cases, hangers and brand’s original tag) and security seal. Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which must not have been damaged in any way or used as single outer packaging.

Items returned in conditions other than those in which they were shipped or not complying with the requirements above mentioned will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer at the original shipping address.

In Italy the first return is free of charge and in case of subsequent returns, related to the same order, a contribution of € 8.00 will be required for shipping costs.

For returns from EU and non-EU member countries, a contribution will be requested as shown in the following table:

If the customer receives an item other than the one ordered or defected, the returns is free, after verification by photo with our Customer Service.

The return can only be made from Monday to Friday following the opening hours of the shops.

  1. RETURN INSTRUCTION

Log in to your personal account and fill in the default format by entering all the required information. Once the procedure is completed, we will send you an e-mail confirmation, containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the instruction to be followed to return the goods.

Pack the item safely inside the same box you received it with, if possible, and apply the self-adhesive label you received externally.

If you are shipping from a country outside the European Community, you will also receive the commercial invoice to be attached to the shipment. The retreat will be automatically booked for the first working day following receipt of the RAN.

The return shipping must be sent whitin 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

If you have placed your order but you have not an account on MALTEMPISRL.COM, send the return request to the info@maltempisrl.com mail address with the following details:

  • Name and Surname
  • Order number
  • Return reason
  • Photo of the product if defective or wrong
  • Pickup address (if different from the shipping address of the order)
  • Hourly availability for collection
  • Mail reference
  • Phone number reference

You will receive within 24 hours the waybill and confirmation of the booking of the collection for your return.

  1. REFUNDS

The refund will be made as soon as the return will be received and processed at our stores, on the same payment method used for the purchase.

The timing of receiving the refund for Credit Card payments is a minimum of 2 up to maximum of 10 days, depending on the banking circuit.   

For orders paid with PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay o Google Pay, the amount will be returned to the original account between 3 ad 15 days.

The refund of orders paid on delivery will be made by bank transfer, filling in the appropriate form (the bank details on which to return the amount must be entered in the package together with the account holder) excluding cash on delivery costs of € 5.00 that will not be refunded.  

  1. EXCHANGE GOODS

You can change the size or the color of an item for free, only if the required size or color are available. To request a change, you can follow the instructions in point 2.

You can specify the desired size or color in the “Message” space. Once verified the actual availability of the requested item, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail from our Customer Service; In which the customer will receive the waybill to return the item he wants to return.

The exchange will be shipped once the return will reach the warehouses of MALTEMPISRL.COM.

If the size or color of the item is not available, the exchange will be managed as a return and the refund will be made as indicated in point 3.
